Hello, beautiful. My name is Jennifer Sakeena.

I'm a wife, a mother, a chiropractor, an entrepreneur, a travel curator, a wild woman, and a queen creator. I've built a life surrounded by people who champion every version of me I've ever become — and this newest version is listening to her soul. It's telling her to make adornments for women all over the world.

I create the way I imagine most women artists do. I feel the divine feminine energy of the Creatrix move through me, and I follow it. Each design is channeled, then made intuitively, without a plan.

My inspiration comes from two places I'm lucky enough to call home: the sacred lands of Egypt and the lush green of St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. I live part time in both. Ancient desert and Caribbean sea — you'll see both in everything I make.

Every piece is made by hand. Some designs become staples I return to again and again, because women keep asking for them. Others arrive once — a single idea, a single pair, never made again. Those are for the woman who happens to be looking at the moment they appear. And no two pieces are ever exactly alike, which is how I've come to trust that each one finds the woman it was meant for.

I create in seasons. Some months the work pours out of me; some months it goes quiet. That's why I don't take last-minute custom requests — I'd rather honor the rhythm than force it. Retreats, events, and gatherings. If you're gathering women — a sacred retreat, a ceremony, a celebration — I would love to adorn them. I take group orders of 10 to 50 pairs from any existing line, in a custom colorway chosen for your gathering, with at least six months' notice. That lead time lets me source the right leather and create each piece the way it deserves to be made. Imagine twenty women opening the same wings in the same color, each one deciding for herself what they mean. Write to me and let's dream it up.
