This adornment 24K gold plated (over brass base) with bright white cotton tassels.

Care Instructions:
These earrings are made of precious materials that interact and change with the environment. The 24k gold plating will eventually wear off and fade. Do wear it as much as you want and if you would like your earring’s plating to last longer then avoid being a mermaid with your earrings on (water, ocean, shower) and sweating (workouts, running etc.). Wash in fresh water if you get get them wet and then make sure you dry completely. Store in cool and dry sacred space. As mentioned the earrings will change color towards the Sterling Silver underneath and slightly deteriorate over time. You can always have them re-dipped in Gold Plating should you wear them to death (which I hope you do).
